How the Process Works

Once a loan is in process, you and your client know exactly what’s happening and what’s needed. I communicate proactively, not reactively, so there are no last-minute surprises.
If something changes, you hear it from me immediately — along with a solution. My role is to manage the loan so you can focus on your client and the sale.
